Structure Characteristics
■ The main frame is made of 8MF type open steel,the two sides of the steel have 9.2mm mounting holes with modules of 20mm and 100mm respectively,which makes the internal installation flexible and convenient;the horizontal main busbar adopts the flat arrangement behind the cabinet to enhance the busbar’s ability of resisting electric power,which is the basic measure to make the main circuit of the device have the ability of high short-circuit strength;the cable compartment is designed to make it easy for the cables to go up and down and come in and out;
■ Functional unit of the drawer layer quotient modulus of 160mm,divided into 1/2 unit,1 unit,3/2 unit,2 units,3 units of five size series,unit circuit rated current 630A and below,the drawer changes only in the height of the size of the change,its width,depth dimensions remain unchanged,the same functional unit of the drawer has a good interchangeability,the drawer unit is equipped with mechanical interlocking devices.
Normal Working Environment
■Ambient temperature:Maximum +40℃,minimum 1.5℃.The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35℃.More than that,according to the actual situation need to reduce the capacity to run;ambient humidity around the relative humidity of the air for the +40℃ does not exceed 50%,in the
lower temperature allows a larger relative humidity,such as +20℃ for when 90%,should be taken into account due to the temperature change may occasionally produce the effect of condensation;
■Altitude:for indoor use,the altitude of the place of use does not exceed 2000m.The inclination of the equipment to the vertical plane during installation is not more than 5 degrees,and the relative flatness of the whole set of cabinets and columns conforms to the GBJ232 standard;
■ Installation location:a place without violent vibration and shock,and a place where there is not enough to subject the electrical components to undue corrosion;
■ Users have special requirements can be negotiated with the manufacturer to solve.
